About The Author
Aida Ndiaye is thirteen years old and goes to Claremont Middle School. She is the author of The Imagination Book and Evil Burrito and the FBI. Aida likes to write novels, and often doesn't plan to write them—it just happens. One of her life goals is to try as many different kinds of donuts as possible. She dreams that one day, she will finally invent something new to the world.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

In this Spring 2022 workshop, poet and performance artist Giovanna Lomanto guided 6 poets through creative exercises and multimedia activities took aerated whisperings and put them to the page. Through collages, meditative journeys, and art showcases; they crafted a set of unique-to-you poems, culminating in a series of broadsides.
