Clean up must happen the same day/night as your event and must happen within the time you have reserved the space for rental. You may only have access to the space during the rental time allotted unless otherwise arranged.

Are there any restrictions for alcohol?
You are not permitted to sell alcohol on site, however you may have alcohol available in the space during your event.

How about smoking/vaping?
There is no smoking or vaping allowed in our facilities.

Must I get the insurance?
All renters who can are encouraged to line up renters insurance for your event.

How do I obtain the insurance? And what does it cost?
If you are a homeowner or have rental insurance, you should first ask your insurance agent. An attachment, or codicil, can usually be made to your existing policy for nothing, or a nominal fee. The fee depends on your carrier. If your agent will not write a policy, there are companies on the web that specialize in event insurance. Three examples are www.wedsafe.com, https://www.theeventhelper.com/  and www.privateeventinsurance.com. It usually costs between $50 and $100.

Can you insure our event? If so, how much would that cost?
We will add an additional $100 to your rental fee to cover your event under our liability insurance.
